Athloryx Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Athloryx handles information for academies, coaches, athletes, parents, and administrators using the multi-sport academy management platform.

1 Overview
Athloryx is a multi-sport academy management platform for academies, coaches, athletes, and parents. The platform supports academy operations such as attendance, training sessions, coach feedback, athlete reports, parent visibility, fee tracking, and role-based administration.
2 Information We Collect
Depending on how Athloryx is used, we may collect or process:
- Account information, such as name, email, phone if provided, and login details.
- Profile and role information, such as academy, team or group, role, sport, and program.
- Athlete/player information, such as name, age group, team, attendance, session notes, coach feedback, and reports.
- Parent/guardian information, such as linked athlete relationships and contact information.
- Academy administration data, such as teams, sessions, attendance, reports, notes, settings, and user access.
- Fee tracking data, such as payment status, due dates, external payment notes, and receipts if applicable.
- Support and request data, such as messages, support requests, and demo requests.
- Technical data, such as device/browser information, diagnostics, crash logs, or performance logs where applicable.
3 How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve Athloryx, including to:
- Provide the platform and its academy management features.
- Manage academy accounts, roles, permissions, and user access.
- Support attendance, coach feedback, reporting, communication, and fee tracking.
- Respond to support messages, account requests, and demo or sales questions.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and protect the service.
- Improve app reliability, performance, and user experience.
4 Children / Athlete Data
Athloryx may process athlete or minor-related information when academies, parents, or other authorized users provide it for academy operations. Access is intended to be controlled by academy roles and authorized users. Academies and authorized adults are responsible for using Athloryx appropriately when handling athlete or minor-related information.
5 Fee Tracking / Payments
Athloryx may help academies track external payment status, dues, due dates, notes, and receipts. Athloryx does not process card payments directly in the app unless that capability is explicitly added in the future.
6 Service Providers
Data may be processed through trusted service providers that help operate Athloryx, including providers for hosting, authentication, database/storage, diagnostics, email/support, and infrastructure. These providers process information to support the platform and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes.
7 Data Sharing
Athloryx does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with academy administrators, coaches, parents, athletes, and other authorized users according to their roles; with service providers that operate the platform; when required by law; or when needed for safety, security, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.
8 Data Retention
We retain information as needed for academy operations, support, security, legal reasons, and platform functionality. Users can manage account/data requests from inside the app settings or contact support@athloryx.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, or academy administration reasons.
9 Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so users should also keep login credentials private and report suspicious activity.
10 International Use
Athloryx and its service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other regions depending on the infrastructure and providers used to operate the platform.
11 Your Choices
Users may update account information in the app, contact academy administrators for academy-managed records, use app settings for account/data requests, or contact support for help with privacy questions.
