1 Contact Support

Email support@athloryx.com with your question. Include the email address or academy associated with your account when it is helpful, but avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

2 Request Demo / Sales Questions

To ask about demos, academy onboarding, pricing, or whether Athloryx fits your academy, email support@athloryx.com. Tell us your academy name, sport programs, country, and approximate number of users so we can respond with relevant next steps.

3 Account & Data Requests

Account and data requests can be managed inside the Athloryx app settings where available. You can also email support for help with account access, profile updates, or data questions. Athloryx does not publish a separate public account/data request page on this website.

4 App Issues / Bug Reports

For bugs or technical problems, email support@athloryx.com with:

  • Your device and operating system version.
  • Your browser or app version, including TestFlight build number if applicable.
  • The academy or role affected, if relevant.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if it does not expose sensitive information.

6 Response Time

We aim to respond within 2-3 business days. More complex account, privacy, or academy administration requests may take longer if verification or coordination with academy administrators is required.
