Users may request deletion of their Athloryx account and personal data at any time.

Email a deletion request

1 Request Deletion

To submit a request in the Athloryx app:

Open the Athloryx app.
Go to Settings.
Select Account & Data Request.
Submit your request.

Alternatively, contact us at support@athloryx.com.

2 After Verification

After verification, we will delete the user's personal data unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.
