Athloryx Terms of Service

1 Overview

Athloryx is a multi-sport academy management platform that helps academies manage operations, teams, attendance, coach feedback, reports, parent visibility, and fee tracking.

2 Eligibility and Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep account details up to date, and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by Athloryx's own failure to protect the service.

3 Academy Responsibility

Academies and administrators are responsible for:

• Inviting only authorized users.
• Managing role-based access and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
• Ensuring information entered into Athloryx is appropriate and accurate.
• Complying with their own obligations toward parents, athletes, coaches, and staff.

4 Coach / Parent / Athlete Use

Coaches, parents, athletes, and other users should only access information they are authorized to view. Users should not share private academy, athlete, parent, or staff information outside the appropriate academy context.

5 Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse Athloryx, including by:

• Attempting unauthorized access or bypassing security controls.
• Scraping, copying, reverse engineering, or interfering with the platform.
• Uploading illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Harassing others or using Athloryx in a way that harms academies or users.
• Using the service to send spam or misleading communications.

6 Athlete and Minor Information

Athloryx is used to manage academy operations. Academies and authorized adults are responsible for proper handling of athlete and minor-related data, including obtaining any consents or permissions they need for their own operations.

7 Attendance, Feedback, Reports

Attendance records, feedback, ratings, notes, and reports are informational and administrative tools. They should not be treated as emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

8 Fee Tracking / External Payments

Athloryx may help academies track dues, receipts, and external payment status. It does not guarantee payment collection and does not process card payments directly unless that feature is added in the future.

9 Availability

The platform may change, be updated, or experience downtime. We work to keep Athloryx reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10 Intellectual Property

The Athloryx brand, software, design, and platform content belong to Athloryx or its licensors. User and academy data remains subject to the rights of the relevant organization or user and any applicable agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Athloryx is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of the platform. Athloryx's responsibility for direct claims is limited to what is reasonable for the service provided and the amount paid for the service, where applicable.

12 Termination / Suspension

Access may be suspended or removed for misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or academy/admin changes. Academies may also change or remove user access within their own organization.
